We really loved this villa for Spingbreak during covid-19 as Cypriots showed how to travel safe. Villa have three bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, living room with two sofas and perfect patio with pool and relaxed seating one of the most scenic views around. Surrounding area with it’s fields and mountains is like Toscana added with sea and coastline! Master bedroom has balcony with same stunning views as patio, while other bedrooms are on the quiet dead end street side. Villa was tidy and had basically everything we needdd for relaxed holiday. Villa is located last in the row of same kind of villas and up in the hill. There is small village Neo Chorio with walking distance, but services were not open there during our stay. 5 minute drive to Latchi village gives you plenty of choices of nice restaurants and small supermarkets. 10 minute drive to Polis city, where are bigger supermarkets and more services. Also must visit in the area (15 min drive from villa) is Akama Peninsula National Park with great hiking route (took around 3 hours) and lovely restaurant to visit. Yes you need a car, but then you have great up hill views and easy access to local places and through the island. Our hosts were available quickly when needed and they were very welcoming as all Cypriots we met. Imagine Villa Rentals is trusted partner and their staff are truly professionals. I would choose this villa while coming back to Cyprus as the area is really beautiful and everything went so well.

The view from the villa is spectacular. It’s high up on the hills and looks over at the sea. Just bear in mind this means it’s quite set up from the local town or any shops and a car is essential! This area of Cyprus is very small, remote and beautiful. The villa is clean and tidy, it has everything you’ll need in terms of amenities and is the perfect set up for a tranquil trip.

The house was delightful; we were pleased to find that items like washing up liquid, washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, oil etc had been left in the house to get us started. We were a little cold on our first night as there were no quilts or blankets but a quick text to the housekeeper and they arrived the next day. Communication was excellent.

We had a great time staying in Zoe's villa. The pool was lovely and the kids really enjoyed it too. The views were amazing. I'd definitely recommend hiring a car as it's a bit out of the way and hilly. Overall we'd definitely book again if we ever decide to go back. Thanks again Zoe!

Villa Abbie was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and well equipped but the most impressive thing was the view, it is absolutely incredible. The villa is very well located with an easy drive to Latchi and Polis with all their amenities. We are a family of five and the villa easily accommodated us all. Zoe's communications were always prompt and helpful and the villa manager was amazing, such a lovely person with great local knowledge who did a great job of looking after us. We would love to go back again and would highly recommend Villa Abbie for a relaxing holiday with an unbeatable view

We had a lovely time at Villa Abbie. The apartment was gorgeous, we loved it from the moment we walked in. The inside space was spacious, clean and comfortable and the outside space was breath taking. The pool was refreshing and the panoramic view of the sea, farms and the hills was better than expected. The location was also great. A ten minute walk up the hill was a charming little village with cute coffee shops and delicious locally-run restaurant. A ten minute drive down the hill was a relaxing beach town with beach bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa was exactly as advertised. The directions that we were sent got us there easily. We were early but we're accommodated. The young lady preparing the apartment was very nice and full of great information. Our children loved the beautiful pool and view. Everything we needed was there at the Villa. The beds are comfortable. There is a helpful renters guide to help you with appliances, wifi passwords and other things. We would definitely stay here again.

This villa is all it says as advertised and more. The location is perfect and the views amazing. The villa was spotless. The couple who look after the villa can't do enough for you. The pool was spotless and maintained meticulously. We had a few small problems but were sorted very quickly and nothing that could have been known about in advance. The area is beautiful with some stunning beaches. Recommend the taverna which is 50 metres away from the villa. Highly recommend this property and Imagine Villas. Sanya who took our booking looked after us so well from start to end and we will be returning next year

Fantastic VIlla !

We were a little sceptical when booking this villa for our 2 week holiday to Cyprus basically because the pictures looked so fantastic and the price was quite a bit lower than other villas that we had been looking at, despite the other villas appearing nowhere near as nice in their pictures.Put simply, it seemed too good to be true.

However, our holiday was one of the best we have ever had and the villa most definitely lived up to its expectations - it was an outstanding accommodation. It is located on a hill a minutes drive from the small village/town of Latchi, which is a lovely little place with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a decent beach. It is also only a half hour or 45 minute drive to Coral Bay area and Paphos city. Both places are gorgeous and have a lot of things to do and places to see. In regard to nearby activities, I'd definitely recommend hiring a boat for the day or at least a few hours from one of the boat hiring companies on Latchi's harbour (there is a few companies to choose from but George's Watersports gave us a brilliant deal that the other companies wouldn't even consider - they also thew in loads of freebies and were just great in dealing with us so go with them). However, our favourite site and activity was visiting Adonis Baths, where you can jump of loads of different levels of cliff edges or tree trunks into a beautiful pool at the bottom of a waterfall.

It is important to also note that if you do rent this villa (which if you haven't already guessed, I highly recommend) you should DEFINITELY avoid driving the back roads that Google maps seem to consider normal, drivable roads. They were seriously undrivable at parts and sometimes even lead to dead ends of padlocked roads. We would have really appreciated someone recommending us to stick to the main roads as much as possible for any journey - it would have saved us some horrible journeys, wasted petrol, car damage, and wasted time most importantly.

Lastly, the owner of the villa is a really lovely person who clearly was very motivated to ensure we had as nice and comfortable a stay as possible. We had no problems with the villa throughout the stay, except for their being a problem with the internet once for a couple hours. But as soon as we phoned the owner, it was explained and sorted very quickly.

Overall, this villa is unbelievable value for money and we highly recommend to other couples. But it would also clearly be suitable for other parties like families and groups of friends as well as we had 2 spare bedrooms that went to waste. 10/10!

One of the best holidays

I cannot say enough positive things about this villa. I came back from holiday yesterday and have already booked another 2 x weeks later in the year, it was that good.
The villa 's interior is stunning, open, spacious and beautifully furnished.The location really has the wow factor though, the kitchen and front room have sliding doors so you have an unrivalled view of the sea to your left and mountains to your right, simply stunning. There is lots of space outside too with all different areas for people to go if they are different ages or want to different things so that is a real bonus. The villa is in a quiet area so it is really relaxing, it has everything you need. The owners left us a welcome pack with tea, coffee, fruit juice, milk, butter and bread to give us a good start which was a lovely touch, the guys from the rental company came and gave us information about the local area and how to work things in the villa, we had a mobile number at all times if we needed them for anything but we just wanted the local recommendations for restaurants to eat in! Latchi is the nearest place with a lovely harbour lined with really nice restaurants offering you a wide range of food. There are also smallish supermarkets there which stock everything you need however if you want to go and do a big food shop the village if Polis is a bit further on, around a ten minute drive from the villa, the supermarket is huge and stocks everything and is reasonably priced. If you want a really nice meal there is a restaurant in Polis called The Old Town which we would recommend and opposite there find a small road that leads you into a village square with gorgeous restaurants and craft shops etc, we fell in love with this part and ate there a lot. We did the walk around The Bath of Aphrodite which runs along the coast and came across lots of gorgeous mountain goats with their bells on. There is so much to see and do here for everyone and coming back to such a beautiful fully equipped villa was heavenly. I would say you need to rent a car as there is so much more you can see and do, we often went and found our own beach to sunbathe on. I thought the villa was a really good price for what it was, car rental for the nine days I was able to get for £100 so all in all it was one of the best holidays I have had in the best villa.

What a lovely villa! My family and I visited in October 2011. The location was perfect for us, we wanted something private, quiet and close to the sea, and we got all 3. Its very important for us to be near the sea on our hols and although we knew that there were sea views I have to say we were absolutely delighted when we saw the view in person. I could seriously get used to waking up to that everyday! The harbour is very pretty and we found a great little park right on the beach for the little ones and had some lovely food in the harbour. I like to cook and the few times we ate in, I was glad to find the utensils/equipment I needed. Did a bit of sight seeing, but our aim was to relax and we certainly did that! Would definitely like to visit again.
