This villa was perfect for our stay especially with everything going on, it was a place for just us to stay with no outside people. Contactless check in and check out. A brilliant accommodation, a few areas of wear and tear but it was a really great villa with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay! We all loved it :)

The villa and pool was absolutely great. Nice location to restaurants and supermarkets, although a longer walk to Nissi beach and the bar strip. All in all we are very happy with the stay at this villa.

Great house, lovely pool area with plenty of space, the low fence leaves it a little open to passing tour busses but didn't bother us. House was great, loads of space, some spiders and ants but nothing to bad unless your terrified of small insects. Area was great, perfect walking distance from clubs/bars/restaurants,but not in an area where noise would keep you awake. Host was great, easy to reach to answer any questions.

Great hosts, very helpful. Comfortable villa, clean and pretty close to the beach. The swimming pool was very nice, especially since we visited in May, and the sea can be a bit cold. Good location, away from the noisy main street. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed at the villa whilst we visited Cyprus for a family wedding. A great value villa, far enough from the madness of Aiya Napa central whilst still feeling like you're in the middle of everything and only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. The villa is enormous and the pool was a great size for the 5 of us. The interior is quite basic and feels a little unloved in places but it was fine for what we needed. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and perfect having aircon in every room. The villa is right opposite a supermarket so very handy but we did feel quite overlooked as the decking is high and the fence low but apart from the odd coach driving past you do have privacy whilst sunbathing. It was lovely to have one of Zoe's colleagues pop round to check that everything was OK. Very friendly and attentive. Zoe also kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport late at night and he knew exactly where the villa was and we had the code to enter in advance so all ran very smoothly. We organised our own taxi on the way back to the airport which we found quite a bit cheaper. All in all, a lovely stay, fantastic value and a great, quiet, central place for us to relax in the sun for a few days.
